We have defined our perpasses as "Implementing a sustainable world through technology. We believe that the significance of a company is to contribute to society, and the "circular economy," which is highly related to sustainability, is a field worth spending our lifetime working on.
In this context, we recognize that "digital" is an area where we can utilize our assets as well as being needed in the resource cycle. However, in the course of our efforts, we believe that there are many areas where digital alone is not enough, and we are developing our business based on both "digital and real (consulting)".
Market Opportunities and Our Strengths in the Circulation-Oriented Business
As the original founder of the business, we have committed ourselves to blockchain technology and have accumulated many achievements. In addition, the digital domain is one of our strengths, as we have been solving problems using the latest technologies such as AI and IoT. On the other hand, we have also been involved in organizing and promoting various projects, and we are working with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other local governments, as well as with several major companies. We are proud to say that we are one of the few startup companies that are capable of both digital and project promotion. The resource circulation DX platform that we are developing was also created based on the needs of customers and the market, and is a form of implementation of elements that are essential to society.

Since the circular economy is at the heart of our business to begin with, we can view this as "our growth = the growth of the circular economy. While it is important to gain market share in the field of resource circulation, the market is still small at this point, and we believe that we should work together to grow the market itself, so we are pursuing a policy of creating businesses through co-creation rather than competition. While the number of installations of the DX platform and the number of partners are indicators, our major goals for the future are to build a strong model that can capture markets overseas and to contribute to market expansion.

It is extremely important to take a medium- to long-term perspective in our efforts toward a circular economy. Funding from investors also requires achievements from a short-term perspective, in a sense, to produce results within a set number of years. At this point in time, we are not engaged in equity financing, and the founders are in charge of actual governance, which means that we have a system in place that allows us to take flexible measures in response to uncertain market trends. On the other hand, we believe that it will be effective to accept funds at a stage when market fit has become somewhat clear, and we recognize that this will not be far off.
