Technology and business model

The network equipment, technical specifications, and network design that make up the office LAN have been standardized, and it is no longer necessary to replace the equipment based on the support life cycle (usually 5 to 7 years) set by the network equipment manufacturer. In addition, due to the effects of Korona-ka and the shortage of semiconductors, unnecessary and urgent replacement measures (procurement of new equipment, removal of existing equipment, installation / setting planning and work) have begun to be postponed. Based on these trends, we can reduce the manpower of many engineers by purchasing customer-owned network equipment and making a function use contract with a third-party maintenance service that utilizes used recycled products without relying on the manufacturer. It will be a business model that realizes "from possession to use" of network equipment for a long period of time.

After the contract is canceled, the customer's network equipment is collected, refurbished for other customers, and reused.

Achievements and goals

The service has already started with one pilot user, and the goal is to conclude 10 contracts a year in 2022.
