Technology and business model

In January 2024, we opened “Super Car Triage Kyushu,” a complex facility in Miyaki town, Saga Prefecture, to consolidate our expertise in the reuse and recycling of damaged vehicles. At this facility, in addition to purchasing, retailing, and repairing of vehicles, we are developing an integrated business that includes vehicles’s dismantling and processing to generate parts, materials, and other resources. Pledging “safety and security” for people, vehicles, and the earth, we aim to contribute to a recycling-oriented society by providing high-quality automobile services and reusing and recycling automobiles.

In addition, in January 2024, we concluded a “Recycle Town Partnership Agreement” with Miyaki town and Hamaya Corporation (Head office: Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative: Shigeru Kobayashi), and in October 2024, we held a joint press conference with Miyaki town and Hamaya and the mayor of Miyaki town, Oka, announced the “Joint Statement for Recycle Town Establishment” there.

This initiative aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the appropriate recycling of all waste products generated by the municipality, not just cars, and to develop local industries and solve local problems. Miyaki town currently designates the 3rd Sunday of every month as “Recycling Day” to promote the collection of cans, bottles, PET bottles, used paper, and other resource waste. In the future, Hamaya will work together to promote reuse and recycling in the town by increasing the number of unwanted items for collection, such as furniture, home appliances, and miscellaneous items, thereby finding value in all kinds of things that have been thrown away in the past.

The financial resources generated from the collection of unwanted items will be managed by the newly created “Miyaki Town Recycling Fund” and returned to the town. We are considering awarding “Miyaki Pay points,” the town's local currency, to residents who cooperate with reuse and recycling by drawing lots. The fund is also planned to be used for the town to contribute to efforts to build a recycling-oriented society by beautifying the environment and strengthening environmental education.

Achievements and goals

The goal is “to contribute to global environmental preservation by reducing the amount of waste generated in the community as much as possible,” “to provide economic returns by recovering valuable materials that were supposed to be disposed of as waste,” “to help solve local problems with the aim of improving the livability of the community,” “to make “Recycle Town” a new lifestyle culture in Miyaki town,” and “to help generate local vitality and attractiveness.”
