Achievements

As a third-party maintenance professional, we are developing a computer maintenance business without relying on computer manufacturers. We have over 10 years of experience and a proven track record, and have provided maintenance to over 2,200 companies in total.

Explanation of the technology and business model

The performance of computers has improved remarkably in recent years, and they are already sufficient to handle conventional business operations. However, computer manufacturers set a fixed period of maintenance support, and even if customers wanted to extend the use of their equipment, they were unable to keep maintenance, so up until now, it was common for customers to dispose of the equipment and purchase the next one.

Our company focuses on discarded storages, network and servers and procures discarded equipment or equipment available on the market as second-hand, inspects it in-house, and refurbishes it into replacement parts. By providing maintenance using these parts, we have created a model that allows customers to continue using their devices, and has been adopted by our customers.

Future outlook

Although this business model has already become common in other countries, it is still not well known among Japanese customers. We would like to work to increase awareness among domestic customers and ensure those storages, netwok and servers can be used for an appropriate period of time.
